The Royal Line
Deep jewel tones and striking contrast for the modern collector.
Defining the Jewel Tones
The Royal Line is curated for those who value depth and drama. This collection features our most saturated pigments: the velvet-rich Purples and vibrant Magentas. Whether paired with a dark or light foot, these specimens are bred for high-contrast beauty and a deep, matte finish that brings a sophisticated presence to the modern aquarium.

The collection breakdown
Magenta Mystery Snails: Our most vibrant offering, featuring a rich, pink-toned shell that adds a burst of "electric" color to your tank.
Purple Mystery Snails: A deep, regal classic with a grape-colored shell and high-gloss integrity. These represent the pinnacle of our dark-pigment breeding program.
Standard Blue (Dark-Foot): The traditional, timeless Blue known to the hobby. These specimens feature a deep, moody blue shell carried by a saturated dark foot, offering a grounded and classic aesthetic.
Care Standards & Parameters
pH Range (7.6 – 8.0): We recommend maintaining this alkaline range to protect the porcelain finish from acidic erosion. Rapidly adjusting pH can stress aquatic life; always monitor stability over several days when making changes.
GH Baseline (8 – 15): A stable General Hardness (GH) provides the mineral foundation necessary for healthy physiological function. Establishing this baseline is a prerequisite before fine-tuning specific calcium concentrations.
Calcium Levels (100 – 150 ppm): For elite shell development, we target these concentrations. Community Tank Note: Always verify the specific tolerance levels of other tank inhabitants, as some species may require lower mineral concentrations than these specialized snails.
Nutritional Balance: While water parameters protect the shell's exterior, snails must ingest calcium to fuel internal growth. We recommend a varied diet rich in protein and calcium-heavy supplements to prevent thin or brittle shell development.
Acclimation & Stability: Our stock is raised in stable Australian aquarium conditions . To ensure a safe transition, all specimens must be slowly drip-acclimatized to your specific water parameters. Shell & Fin Aquatics is not responsible for losses due to improper acclimation or incompatible home water chemistry.
*Shipping Note: We ship livestock to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and ACT only. Due to biosecurity laws, we cannot ship live snails to WA, NT, or TAS.
